    Travel Humbly offers stylish mommy and me travel accessories, as well as tips, ideas, and vlogs with a focus on traveling humbly with kids, in a relaxed, fun and inspiring way. All products are carefully handmade in a humble home.

  • Does Travel Humbly ship packages internationally?

    Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. At the moment we only ship to the United States.

  • Can I request a custom order?

    The only product that is custom made is the mommy-and-me tote bags. All other products are pre-made an shipped as soon as possible after order has been placed.

  • Can I return my products?

    We have a no-return policy. All orders are final. We guarantee the best work has been put into every product, so no need for a return will be necessary.

  • What if I want to cancel my order?

    Please make sure everything is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for any interactions. We will not cancel any order.

  • Can I exchange a product after purchase?

    We have a no-exchange policy. All orders are final. Please make sure all products are correct before making the purchase.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    All, except for one product, are “ready-to-ship”, meaning they will be shipped between 1-3 days from purchase date and will be delivered according to the USPS shipping option selected. However, we care about our planet, so we drive to USPS once we have enough packages within the allotted time frame.

  • What shipping carrier does Travel Humbly use?

    Travel Humbly only ships with USPS. Not only is USPS more cost-effective, but they offer a wide range of services, including standard, expedited, & priority. It is more convenient & a reliable shipping carrier. They also offer insurance & tracking options, which gives both us, as the small business, & our customers a piece of mind.

  • How can I track my order once shipped?

    Once we fulfill and ship out your order you will receive an email informing you that your order has shipped. Save this email, for it will have your tracking number & the estimated delivery day. If you do not get an email with tracking information within 2 business days since you placed your order, please contact me at sales@travelhumbly.com.

  • Can I buy gift cards?

    I do not offer gift cards as of 2024.
