Can I request a custom order?
At this time, I am not accepting custom orders, except for Mommy & Me tote bags. All other products are pre-made and crafted with care. Thank you for your understanding and support!
How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to you. Simply use the provided tracking link to check your package’s status. Please note that once your order leaves my hands and is with the carrier, I am no longer responsible for delays or lost packages. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist!
